1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Hugo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. AI-Generated Content

Course and module content is generated by artificial intelligence. Hugo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content. You should verify important information independently before relying on it.

3. Subscription & Billing

Hugo offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep Hugo available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hugo is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
